At EHP Eventing, success stems from horse and rider working together, towards one goal.
Emily's mission is to train horses and riders for all levels of riding. Her approach is holistic, focusing on all aspects of horsemanship, including:
- training on the ground and under saddle
- proper shoeing and veterinary care
- saddle fit
- diet and conditioning
This produces healthy, happy, and well-behaved horses that enjoy their jobs.
Emily encourages her students to create goals for their riding and focus on having a safe and confidant experience regardless of level or skill. Her lesson program caters to all aspiring riders from the beginner to the Three Day Event Rider. The majority of Emily's clients event, so competition opportunities are extensive.
Safe lesson horses and ponies are available for those without mounts of their own.
Price Schedule
- 1 hour private lesson $50
- 1 hour semi private (2 people). $35 each
- 1 hour group lesson (3+). $35 each
- Additional charges for travel may apply
- Lesson horse use fee. $10 additional
- Schooling cross country. $50
- Coaching at competitions. $50 / weekend
- Training $800 /month 20 rides
- Partial Training $400 / month 10 rides
- training ride $50 per ride

Safety
**All students must have a signed Emily Hansen Palmus LLC release form. Please email emilypalmus@msn.com for a copy if you do not have one**
Safety is THE number one concern. All students must wear appropriate safety gear including:
- ASTM/SEI approved helmet in good condition
- boots with heels
- Safety vest as needed per activity
